She added: “These jokers don’t answer their phone, leave you stranded outside the Terminal and will potentially cause you to miss your flight. I advise to stay well clear, they are cheap for a reason – it’s because they are useless. Pay a reasonable price, not their cheap rates, and you’ll get a stress free experience.”

Waited over an hour for car on return. Rang 3 times they said they had misplaced the key. They claimed they tried to contact us about the delay never did!!!
The reason we did meet and greet was because we had a young baby just thank full it was not raining.
Car has slight damage never got time to check vehicle they just dropped the car and went!!!”

They added: “returned from holiday to a damaged vehicle, they were totally unhelpful and denied all knowledge of the damage. They have not fixed the damage despite saying when I booked that they were insured and would cover any damage occurred while my vehicle was in their care, they are now ignoring my calls and emails.
“Horrid to come back off a lovely holiday to find vehicle badly damaged, they couldn’t care less about the damage they caused! SHOCKING AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE.”

“Paid for meet & greet at Gatwick North terminal. called the company when I was around 20 min away and they asked me to go to the car park and pick up a ‘driver’. I had booked a meet & greet -but if I’ve got to go pick up the driver, then what exactly am I paying for. Poor service and not a company that I would use again or recommend”.

“Flooded my car by leaving the window open for a week. Car was horribly wet and smelly. After countles emails battle for 3 months offered £20, actually sputiditlyadminitting their liability. Eventually they didn’t even bother to pay this money. I am not racist by any means but they are probably from middle east culture. Names Yusuf and his boss Shama and the lack of respect to their customers suggest my guess. Stay clear from them”
